After years of struggling to find trustworthy pet sitters for my own pets, I understand how stressful it can be to leave a beloved family member in someone else's care. Based in Barcelona, Petstella offers reliable, affordable dog walking and pet sitting for all types of pets, from dogs and cats to rabbits, guinea pigs, birds, reptiles, fish, and other exotic companions. Every animal has unique needs, and I provide personalized care tailored to their routine, personality, and comfort.

Active route safety

We actively manage every route to avoid hazards. During hot summers, we monitor pavement temperatures to protect sensitive paws and plan shaded paths through Ciutadella Park and quiet neighborhood passages.

Our handlers maintain a maximum 1:3 dog-to-human ratio on group walks, ensuring individual attention and immediate response capability for every animal under our care.

About me

My name is Lyndsay Pistella and I have a lot of experience with animals throughout my life, specifically dogs. As a professional I've been working in video game development and I decided to pivot and start a business working with something I'm more passionate about - animals! I grew up with dogs, cats, horses, sheep, turtles, guinea pigs, cockatiels, and snakes. I have personally cared for all of them, trained and fostered many dogs, and even assisted in a few births. I am very comfortable with all animals except for some bugs (spiders are okay). The joy animals bring me and the desire to give people peace of mind about their furry family members motivated me to start Petstella. It's hard to relax on a vacation or focus on a business trip when you are worried about a beloved pet, so I want to reduce that worry as much as possible.
